I don't know how to attach an image off my pc to the forum? Essentially, the wiper motor and rain sensor are not found as sub systems.

The wiper motor has been replaced and is a brand new Audi part. Plugged in, not plugged in rain sensor also and even old unit plugged back in make no difference to the fault report.

I checked all wiring before and after plugs and all is good. Both wiper motor and rain sensor have power, ground and a LIN signal of sorts. They have continuity between each other and pin 28 of the J When I go into outputs, I can move the wiper stalk and see the module behind the steering wheel on the canbus is switching correctly. So I think the J maybe faulty, possibly after the garage that brought it to me jump started the car a couple of times.

Originally it came into them with a stuttering wiper motor, but once replaced it was all dead. I have bought a brand new J from Audi, after giving them all my software and hardware numbers from VCDS and now have no clue what to do to install it. I understand the 'normal' coding eg for parts of the world its in etc but not anything else. I also understand I will probably have to reprogram the remote locking off the key. After having to wait a week for the new J my customer is getting pretty annoyed now so I need to do it right!

Audi A3 Onboard Control Module J519

Currently I have 7L5 D installed, but it's equipped with not so much additional funcions. Could anyone help me in choosing the correct J module? Electric diagrams in Touareg are the same like in Cayenne, so everything should fit.
